PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The Views at Lake Havasu is a resort-style community for active seniors in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and features four, 4鈥搒tory buildings with accommodations for independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents.
Three buildings have underground parking, and one hosts a unique partnership with Arizona State University that provides educational space for the university and opportunities for residents to interact with students and staff.
